Welcome to Villa Haaparanta, a spacious lakeside villa set on the peaceful shores of Lake Lohjanjärvi, just 45 minutes from Helsinki. Surrounded by nature and offering stunning lake views, the villa combines generous indoor spaces with a private waterfront, making it an ideal destination for families, groups of friends, and multi-generational holidays in every season.
The 125 m² two-storey villa comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests. There are four bedrooms, together with additional sleeping spaces in the living room and the lower level, providing flexible accommodation for larger groups. Every bedroom is fitted with blackout curtains to ensure a restful night's sleep, while the separate guest room in the outbuilding offers extra privacy for part of the group.
The bright living room, wood-burning fireplace, and large heated glass veranda all overlook the lake, creating inviting spaces to relax together throughout the day. Downstairs, the private Finnish sauna is the perfect place to unwind after outdoor activities. Outside, the spacious lakeside terrace features an optional hot tub for an additional fee, while the private pier provides direct access to swimming in Lake Lohjanjärvi. Guests can also enjoy the rowing boat and excellent fishing opportunities right from the property.
The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed to prepare meals for larger groups. Additional amenities include two bathrooms with underfloor heating, a washing machine, dishwasher, air-source heat pumps on both floors and a gas barbecue.
