Welcome to Villa Arcus B, a modern two-storey holiday apartment located within walking distance of the centre of Pyhä. Completed in 2022, the apartment combines contemporary comfort, spacious living areas, and practical amenities, making it an ideal base for larger families, groups of friends, and multi-generational holidays in every season.
The apartment comfortably accommodates up to nine guests plus two children across four bedrooms. Three bedrooms feature two comfortable box-spring beds each, while the fourth bedroom offers three single beds along with two pull-out children's beds neatly stored beneath the main beds. The practical layout provides both generous communal spaces and comfortable private bedrooms for everyone in the group.
The bright open-plan living room and kitchen create a welcoming space for spending time together around the wood-burning fireplace. After a day outdoors, relax in the private Finnish sauna, while two showers, two toilets, a separate dressing room, and a dedicated drying room make daily routines easy even for larger groups. During the warmer months, the spacious 30 m² terrace offers an ideal place to enjoy meals and evenings outdoors.
The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed to prepare meals for larger groups. Families travelling with young children will appreciate the travel cot, high chair, potty, and stair gate provided. The apartment also includes a covered carport for two vehicles, an engine heating outlet, an EV charging point, and a dedicated ski storage and maintenance area.
