Escape to the peaceful surroundings of Soutajatunturi and enjoy a truly unique accommodation experience combining traditional Lapland architecture with modern luxury. This exceptional property consists of a 33 m² living kota and a separate 33 m² sauna kota, comfortably accommodating up to four guests (2+2).

The living kota features premium motorised Hästens beds with luxurious down duvets. At the foot of the bed, a motorised platform holds a smart TV with internet access, allowing you to relax while admiring the northern night sky, the Northern Lights during winter, or the Midnight Sun in summer. The living area also includes a small dining table, two lounge chairs, and a fully equipped kitchen. A spacious bathroom provides a washing machine and drying cabinet, while the entrance area offers practical storage for clothing.

The separate sauna kota includes a dressing room, a second toilet, a bathroom with two showers, and a spacious sauna with views towards the northern sky. The dressing room also features a sofa bed for two additional guests and a refrigerator (60 L) with a 25 L freezer compartment. Please note that the sauna building is accessed outdoors, so slippers or warm footwear are recommended.

Outside, the generous south-facing terrace invites you to unwind in the always-ready outdoor hot tub. The water is maintained at a comfortable 37°C throughout the year, even during the coldest winter days, and the tub is treated with a chlorine-free cleaning system for added comfort.

The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, combination oven and microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator (70 L) with a 13 L freezer compartment, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and all essential cookware and tableware. Additional amenities include high-speed internet, smart TV, air-source heat pump, washing machine, and electric drying cabinet.
