The apartment has a total living area of 46 m² (34 m² + 12 m² loft). The living area includes one upper bunk bed, while the low loft features two 80 x 200 cm box-spring mattresses and two separate 80 x 200 cm mattresses. The apartment comfortably accommodates up to four guests.
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, cooker, microwave, refrigerator (no freezer), coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. Additional amenities include a washing machine, drying cabinet, private sauna, fireplace with firewood included, TV, and DVD player. Families travelling with young children can also make use of the travel cot, high chair, and potty.
