Situated close to the Polar lift, cross-country ski trails, and local services, the apartment provides an excellent base for skiing, hiking, and exploring the beautiful surroundings throughout the year. It is an ideal choice for families and small groups.
The apartment offers a total living area of 57 m² (42 m² + 15 m² loft). The ground-floor bedroom features a 140 cm double bed for two guests, while the low loft includes four box mattresses, comfortably accommodating up to six guests in total. The ground-floor flooring and kitchen were fully renovated in spring 2019, adding to the apartment's comfort and modern feel.
The well-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, cooker, microwave, 215-litre refrigerator, 50-litre freezer, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and electric hand mixer. Additional amenities include a washing machine, drying cabinet, TV, CD player, private sauna, and a cozy fireplace with firewood included. Outside, there is a table for four, perfect for enjoying the fresh mountain air.
