The apartment offers 63 m² of living space with two bedrooms. One bedroom features a double bed and an additional single bed. The second bedroom includes two bunk beds, one of which has a wider 140 cm lower bunk, making it ideal for families with children.

The apartment features a high-quality Finnish-made kitchen fitted with modern appliances, including a dishwasher, cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer (220-litre refrigerator and 80-litre freezer), coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. Additional amenities include a washing machine, drying cabinet, TV, private sauna, and a cozy fireplace with firewood included. As part of the complete renovation, the kitchen, bathroom, sauna, separate toilet, flooring, cabinets, and hallway furnishings were all renewed. The bathroom also includes a small dressing area.
