The apartment comfortably accommodates up to six guests and is especially well suited for a family.

The apartment offers a total living area of 57 m² (42 m² + 15 m² loft). The ground floor bedroom features a 140 cm double bed. The low loft has thick mattresses for four guests, and the sofa in the living room can be converted into additional sleeping space for up to two children if needed.

The well-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, cooker, microwave, refrigerator with a 30-litre freezer compartment, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. Additional amenities include a washing machine, drying cabinet, air source heat pump, TV, DVD player, CD player, private sauna, and a cozy fireplace with firewood included.

Charging an electric car is allowed: the property has its own paid charging system.
