The apartment offers a total living area of 46 m² (34 m² + 12 m² loft). The living room includes a sofa bed for two guests, along with two upper bunk beds. The low loft features two single box-spring beds, providing practical and flexible sleeping arrangements for families.

The kitchen, sauna, and bathroom were fully renovated in 2021. At the same time, the kitchen appliances were renewed, with the exception of the cooker. The apartment is equipped with a dishwasher, large fridge-freezer, cooker, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, drying cabinet, TV, and a fireplace. Firewood is included, making it easy to relax by the fire after a day outdoors.
