Welcome to ÄkäsLuppo, a traditional log cabin located in the heart of Äkäslompolo in the Ylläs region. Surrounded by peaceful forest yet within easy walking distance of village services, the cabin offers the perfect balance of authentic Lapland charm and everyday convenience. In the local Lapland dialect, Luppo means holiday, and this welcoming cabin truly lives up to its name.
The cabin comfortably accommodates up to five guests. The bedroom features a king-size bed for two, while the loft offers three full-size spring mattresses. Easy-access stairs lead to the loft, and the full standing height makes the space comfortable for both children and adults.
The cozy living room centres around a traditional wood-burning fireplace, creating a warm atmosphere after a day spent outdoors. The private Finnish sauna provides the perfect place to relax, while the private terrace offers peaceful views of the surrounding forest.
