Disc golf is an easy, fun and cheap outdoor activity for the whole family. Disc golf courses have lanes that start from a tee pad and end at the target, which is usually a disc golf “basket”. Plants, trees and terrain make each course unique and challenging. During the game the players get to try long glides and shorter throws that require more accuracy. Just like in regular golf, the goal is to reach the target with as few throws as possible. The disc golf courses at Pyhä and Luosto are free of charge and open for everyone.

The course is rated AA1, which means that it is well equipped and maintained, and the lanes offer enough challenge for more advanced players too. Disc golf at Luosto

Luosto DiscGolf Park is a 18-hole disc golf course that is also rated AA1. The course is located at the side of a fell, so the lanes lead the players up and down the slope. If you wish to play a quicker game, try out the Luoston lenkki -trail. In the beautiful fell scenery of the course you can even run into some reindeer! You can borrow discs from Lapland Hotels Luostotunturi or Santa’s Hotel Aurora.
