Villa Haaparanta
125 square metre beach villa in two floors, 10 metres from Lake Lohja.
All amenities you could wish for – only 6,5 km away from downtown Lohja in a secluded location, but only 45 minutes away from Helsinki. Child-proofed premises and a super easy access plot of land – just drive next to the villa!
Villa was built in 1954, expanded 1996 and renovated in 2011 and refurbished in 2020.
Main floor has 3 rooms + kitchen + bathroom as well as a large heated inside porch with magnificent lake views! Bottom floor, next to lake, has a large sauna + shower, a small bedroom and some possible other sleeping room.
In addition to these, the guesthouse outside has a private sleeping room (20 sqm).
Around 30 metres of own beach – a gradually deepening, sandy beach that is perfect for children. The villa offers great fishing possibilities at Lake Lohja – and it’s only 2 km or a few minutes away by boat to the city of Lohja where one can spend a day at Aurlahti beach.
Villa is great for those who value peace: Only one side of the villa has any neighbors - and there's plenty of trees and a fence to vlock them out. On the lake, in front of the villa there's Hevossaari island, a hiking destination for locals, without many cabins, so also the lakeside is very peaceful.

Rental periods:
- Villa Haapaniemi is rented for weekends in the spring, autumn and winter
- During summer periods usually only whole week rentals (but you can of course ask for offers)
