Laavu 15

Welcome to Laavu-cabins in Pyhätunturi!

Laavu 15 is 110 square metres and can host a maximum of 10 people. All essentials are included.

Laavu 15 in a nutshell:

• Sleeps a total of max. 10 people, perfect for families and groups of people. We recommend max. 8 people (4 adults, 4 children).
• Downstairs: Two bedrooms with double beds, WC, kitchen and sauna department
• Upstairs: Two smaller bedrooms with double beds and a lounge area with two double beds (we recommend lounge just for kids)
• Kitchen with all necessary cooking equipment and utensils (dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee maker etc.)
• Living room with TV/DVD
• Great WiFi
• Sauna for ~4-5 people at the same time
• Washroom with laundry machine
• Terrace for enjoyment after sauna or having a morning coffee
• Log-heated outside bath for 6 people (extra cost of 100 euros / week, less for shorter stays).
• Electric heating for cars
  

Our Laavu 15 is located at Laavutie 15 (Laavu 15), about 1,5 kilometres away from Pyhä Polar Lifts for easy access to the ski pistes, and about 2 kilometers from the K-market Pyhäntähti supermarket that sells groceries and all necessary everyday items. In this city center, right next to the slopes and the grocery store, you can find a few different restaurants and bars as well as ski and snowmobile rentals, a gas station and the Pyhä-Luosto Visitor and Culture Center Naava.

Ski tracks are only 15 metres away from the cabin.

Different pricing depending on the season:
High season (weeks 8 ja 9, Christmas, New Year, Easter): 1200-1500 €/week
Winter season (weeks 10-16) 1200 € /week
Other (weeks 2-7 ja 17): 900-1000 € /week

Some frequently asked questions:

Do I need my own bed linen?
Yes. If you do do not have your own bed linen and towels, we can provide them for a fee of 15 euros per person per stay. Please pre-book the bed linen and towels, otherwise we cannot promise availability.

Do I need to clean the apartment?
Yes. If you do not clean the apartment upon check-out you will be charged a cleaning fee of 100 euros. The apartment must be cleaned properly: it has to be cleaned to as clean state as it was when you first arrived! See the cleaning instructions in the cabin. Upon cleaning the apartment, you must also take out the trash. Cleaning supplies are provided.
If you do not wish to clean the apartment, you can purchase final cleaning from our customer service for 80 euros. It would be helpful to pre-book final cleaning services.

Can I use the outside hot tub?
Yes, but you must book the hot tub in advance. Booking per stay is 100 euros, and it has to be paid in cash or as transfer to bank account. Please contact customer service before using the outside hot tub.

If you use hot tub, NEVER light it if there is no water in the hot tub. It will melt.

When is check-in?
After 18:00, most of the time we can guarantee 15:00 check-in, and you can always bring your luggage already earlier. If you'd like to ask for a check-in before 18.00, call +358 50 546 9476 / Venla Reitti.
When is check-out?
At 11:00. Please remember to leave your key in the keybox.

How do I check-in?
Enter the passcode to the lockbox, you will get the key. Lockbox is located next to the door.

Please remember to put the key to the same lockbox upon check-out.
